#21. Tư thế Yoga – Bikram triangle left
Stand up straight. Step to the left with your left foot. Rotate your left foot 90 degrees and your right foot about 15 degrees to the left. Bend your left leg 90 degrees. Stretch your arms to your sides, palms up. Bend your torso to the left with your left side facing your left thigh. Stretch your left arm down and right arm up.
#22. Tư thế Yoga – Tree pose, right foot in front of thigh
Stand up straight. Lay your right foot on your left thigh. Join your hands in Namaste at the chest level.
#23. Tư thế Yoga – Child pose
Sitting on your heels, lower your head on the mat. Put your arms alongside your legs or under your forehead. Relax.
#24. Tư thế Yoga – Left-leg wind-freeing pose
Lie on your back. Bend your left knee and, helping with your hands, draw your thigh towards your stomach as you exhale.
#25. Tư thế Yoga – Half-boat pose
Sit straight, bend your legs. Press your hands against the floor behind your back and raise your half-bent legs with your shins parallel to the floor. Balancing on your pelvic bones, straighten your arms in front of you at your shins’ level. Try to keep your back straight.
#26. Tư thế Yoga – Perfect pose
Sit with your legs stretched in front of you. Bend your left knee and place your left heel next to your perineum. Bend your right knee and place it over your left heel. Sit straight, relax your shoulders and place your hands facing up on your knees.
#27. Tư thế Yoga – Bikram triangle right
Stand up straight. Step to the right with your right foot. Rotate your right foot 90 degrees and your left foot about 15 degrees to the right. Bend your right leg 90 degrees. Stretch your arms to your sides, palms up. Bend your torso to the right, with your right side facing your right thigh. Stretch your right arm down and left arm up.
#28. Tư thế Yoga – Low lunge, left leg forward
Press your palms and fingers against the floor at the sides of your feet. Step back with your right foot. Move your shoulders back and down. Open your chest and arch a little forward. Keep your right knee on the floor.
#29. Tư thế Yoga – Easy supported shoulderstand with tilted legs
Lie on your back. Put your feet firmly on the floor. Raise your pelvis and press your palms against your lower back. Straighten your legs up. Move your legs further behind your head. Go back in the reverse order.
#30. Tư thế Yoga – Half moon pose right
Stand up straight. Raise your arms through your sides. Clasp them over your head, stretching your index fingers up. Bend your torso to the right, keeping your arms straight and stretching to the side.
