#61. Tư thế Yoga – Forward bend with hands against back

HÌnh ảnh:

Stand up straight, keep your back straight too. Put your feet at your hips’ width parallel to each other. Press your palms against your back. Draw your elbows and shoulder blades towards each other. Start bending forward and stop as you become parallel to the floor. Keep your head straight and arch a little.

#62. Tư thế Yoga – Extended arms and legs pose

Stand up straight. Raise your arms through your sides parallel to the floor, your palms facing up, then bend your elbows and join your fingertips in front of your chest. Jump, bringing your feet about a meter apart and stretching your arms out to the sides.

#63. Tư thế Yoga – Half side plank pose on left hand

Take the plank pose. Lower your left knee on the mat. Move your weight onto the left hand. Rotate your torso, lifting your right hand up from the floor.

#64. Tư thế Yoga – Locust pose with right leg up

Hình ảnh:

Lie on your stomach with your chin on the mat. Keep your hands along your sides, palms facing downwards. Lift your right leg keeping your pelvic bone on the mat.

#65. Tư thế Yoga – Right waist rotation pose

Stand up straight, putting your feet at your hips’ width. Keep your arms straight in front of you parallel to each other and the floor. Let your palms face each other. Rotate your torso and head without rotating your pelvis to the right around your backbone axis. Keep your arms parallel and straight. Look straight.

#66. Tư thế Yoga – Reverse corpse pose

Lie on your stomach. Stretch both arms forward. Relax your entire body.

#67. Tư thế Yoga – Left waist rotation pose

Stand up straight, putting your feet at your hips’ width. Keep your arms straight in front of you parallel to each other and the floor. Let your palms face each other. Rotate your torso and head without rotating your pelvis to the left, around your backbone axis. Keep your arms parallel and straight. Look straight.

#68. Tư thế Yoga – Standing half forward bend with blocks

Hình ảnh:

Stand up straight. Put 2 blocks in front of you. Put your palms on the blocks, bending forward. Resting on the blocks, raise your torso and stretch your body forward. Look straight.
